I have been having on off fatigue, fever and sore throat for more than 3 weeks. got a cbc & lymph node physical (both normal) . should i be worried?

Fatigue & Fever: Since the symptoms continue please return to your doctor. He/she can do more blood work or refer you to a specialist. Have you been tested for Lyme disease or other infections? Peace and good health.
