Fibroid: Surgery for a 0.8 cm fibroid only depends on its location. If it is in the middle of the uterus (endometrial cavity) it may easily be removed. If it is in the muscle or outside of the cavilty (intramuscular or sub serosal), i would not perform any type of surgery for a 0.8 cm fibroid.
