I've been injected with lupron depot 11.25mg to shrink my fibroids for surgery and i'm taking norethindrone to help with the heavy bleeding. is it safe to take tranexamic acid while on lupron and norethindrone? or is it one or the other?

With heavy bleeding this combination should be ok. Tranexamic acid carries a low risk of deep vein thrombosis, so benefit and risk have to be considered.
