Contact your GYN surgeon again and explain the above to him/her. The Aygestin will slow down or arrest endometrial bleeding but not if it is from the fibroid itself which if in a sub-mucous location is usually from an arteriole/artery. You can rapidly loss blood and become anemic so don't delay.
