Fibroid bleeding: Fibroid growths in the uterus can cause bright red bleeding that can drop your blood level to anemia very quickly. If the fibroid is under the lining of the womb, it can be removed with a hysteroscope through the vagina. If it is in the walls of the uterus, it may require another approach to removal. Check with and discuss this with your GYN MD who is treating you.
