Need evaluation: It really depends on how many fibroids were removed and their location. In general though I would say it's not normal over 3 months out. Especially if you feel like the pain is getting worse. Probably a good idea for you to go back to your surgeon and ask for an evaluation. In that period of time scar tissue can form (in uterus or pelvis) which can lead to pain.
