Support: understand that you are not alone, there are a lot of support groups now available for patients who have scoliosis and also a lot of resources as well. Knowledge about your condition is a good ally. I recommend the book- Scoliosis:ascending the curve by Brooke Lyons to many of my patients because it discusses many of the issues patients face who have scoliosis.
