Eggs or oatmeal for breakfast, which is healthier?

Eggs vs Oatmeal: Oatmeal provides fiber, eggs provide protein and, unfortunately, cholesterol. A boiled egg with the yolk discarded plus some fruits, and nuts may be somewhat more healthful. The fiber is useful as well. Keeping the calorie count under control is axiomatic.
