Keloid: Although steroids can be used during pregnancy for such problems as asthma, lupus and to help mature fetal lungs in anticipation of a preterm delivery, it is not recommended for cosmetic concerns. Moreover, the keloid may worsen even if treated with steroids. One of the side effects of steroid usage in pregnancy is an increased incidence of gestational diabetes.

Probably not: Though the type of steroid that is injected usually doesn't 'travel' there is no guarantee that it won't affect your unborn baby by inhibiting his or her own production of steroid. I would probably wait until you have your baby.
