See plastic surgeon: I would see the advice of an experienced plastic surgeon. Sometimes additional surgery for keloids will make things worse.

Keloid: I have never seen a keloid that i could not resolve with kenalog (triamcinolone) injections once a month for 4-10 months. What strength was the kenalog (triamcinolone)? Start with 40mg/cc and then gradually decrease the concentration.
