May be normal: Are you breast feeding? Using any form of birth control? Sexually active? All of these may effect cycles after delivery. If bleeding is heavy and frequent need to change pads, you should seek care to rule out infection or other processes. If scant spotting, this can be normal with first cycle following delivery.
