12 EGGS TOO MUCH: 12 eggs a day is too much.Eggs are very nutritious and you can have 1to2 daily but 12 eggs a day is too much cholesterol you should get your cholesterol checked in your blood and if it is normal you can keep eating what you are, if high you will have to cut down it also depends on how much exercise you do and your weight etc. Check your blood cholesterol, that is ldl, hdl;triglycerides.
