Lately i crave eggs. so i've ended up eating 5 eggs each day. is this dangerous? last time i checked my cholesterol my doctor said it was perfect.

Not necessarily: Are you pregnant? You may try to reduce the cholesterol intake by discarding the yolks from some of the eggs. Having two whole eggs/day is not likely to do you harm. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.

No immediate Danger: You have not said how big these eggs are, but if large you are taking in the Cholesterol of 2-3 lbs of Steak. Are you on medications for cholesterol? Are you Diabetic?, Hypertensive? What is your families HX of Athero-sclerosis (Heart Attack, Stroke etc)? Found that the sum total of all factors may make high intake of Cholesterol dangerous in that you may develop Heart Disease. Discuss w MD.
