Corn on toe: Hard skin forming on a toe is called a corn. It is caused by the bone rubbing against something, in your case a shoe. To treat this problem the source of irritation must be removed. Stretch shoes over this spot, pad your toe, or surgery to change the position if the bone in your toe. You should have this confirmed by a podiatrist in your area.
