Ganglion: If it is soft or moveable it may be a ganglion cyst. Seek help from podiatrist.

You state you have : A bump but not a bunion...Bumps usually are bunions on the side of the foot, or a prominent 5th metatarsal base. Anything else, would really need to be checked out. Since, both your feet and knees hurt, i'd look to check if you have flatfeet, or if you pronate a lot and consider arch supports or orthotics.
