Former smoker, weightloss & fatigue. ct scan&colonoscopy clear apr 15. feb16 2nd ctscan clear (chest&abs). should i scan again in say 6 months?

No: Too much radiation. Look for other causes. Check labs especially hemoglobin which is a marker of anemia. Hemoglobin is the oxygen carrying molecule and if low you will feel fatigued. Also do normal screening i.e. Mammogram and colonoscopy based on age and gender.
