No immediate risk: They are not dangerous in themselves and there is no immediate cause for worry. On the other hand, living with chronic anxiety over many years will take a toll, physically and emotionally. See a mental health professional and get treatment. Panic attacks reflect underlying emotional issues. Psychotherapy will help you understand and overcome them. Get some help- you don't have to live with anxiety.
