Panic and HBP: Yes it is possible. There is an old German study where the measured BP every heart beat over several days. In normals during exercise it went up to 300. But not one had a panic attack which this was being done. There are two other issues. Was BP measured correctly with an accurate machine. Almost always the answer in NO in the US. The best way is to listen to it.
