I was prescribed clonidine to take as needed for panic attacks. will i experience rebound spikes in blood pressure since i will not be taking it everyday?

If your B/P: was otherwise normal and you use clonidine only periodically the your B/P should return to normal. However you may experience light headedness when using clonidine for the reason you stated, although I have never heard of clonidine being used for panic attacks.
