Not necessarily.: During acute anxiety attacks or panic attacks, your blood pressure increases due to increase autonomic activity but when you calm down they also come down. However, you really should get your anxiety taken cared of through medication and psychotherapy. There are other techniques that can calm you down such as mindful breathing and some yoga techniques that can be easily learned
