None specific: You can have the strongest stomach muscles in the world and still have fat cover them. It has been proven that exercise focused to a body part does not eliminate the fat covering that area. That being said having lean muscle mass added to your body through workouts burns fat efficiently. Overall aerobic interval training added to muscle strengthening will really improve your results.

No spot loss: There is no such thing as spot fat loss. You would need to lose weight in general & a certain proportion of that will be abdominal fat. Physical therapists can also help you to direct exercises for specific muscle groups. Consider a Pilates instructor with a machine.
