To build up muscle in the arm and get rid of arm jiggle, you need to do strengthening exercises concentrating on the biceps and triceps muscles of the arm. By building muscles there, you decrease jiggle.

Calories burned must > calories consumed. To tighten ab's do crunches, reverse crunches, exercise ball crunches, pelvic thrusts, lying leg raises, side bridge ; “bicycling” exercise on your back. Engage in regular aerobic exercise.
