Remember: There is no specific way to "spot" lose body fat. Like gaining fat mass, losing fat mass is generally governed by your genetics(unless you chose to utilize medical treatments like liposuction/etc). General weight loss: For all these areas a general weight loss would be necessary --depending on your height and activity level a calorie specific amount should be decided and a food diary kept--3 meals and 3 snacks--include a protein source in each meal and snack.There should be 50%complex carbs,20 %unsaturated fats--good oils and proteins.
