Strength training: My preferred method to increase body mass is to incorporate a strength training program into your exercise routine. Also a proper diet emphasizing the proper balance of protein, carbs, and fat is essential. I recommend joining a athletic club and signing up with a trainer to help you achieve your goals. I'd recommend lean body mass gain, which is muscle mass, over just eating more calories.
