Try diff. magnesium: Congratulations on improving your diet. A healthy diet should not cause diarrhea but maybe you are eating some food that does not agree with you. But it's more likely the magnesium is causing diarrhea; however, not all forms of magnesium cause diarrhea. Try magnesium glycinate or magnesium taurate, which are unlikely to cause loose stools. If that does not work consider a product called ReMag.
