Tough to tell if: You are deficient on something. Usually the answer would be no relationship but i guess you never know. Please discuss with your family doctor.

Yes: The biggest concern with vegetarians is deficient B12 which can certainly be associated with memory problems , I suggest seeing a nutritionist for help with diet and PCP for full eval of your current symptoms, and to check appropriate nutritional levels
