You personally can't: But a visit you your local dentist will give you the answers you seek. Depending on the severity of the problem(s), recontouring, bonded restorations, or porcelain laminates may be indicated. Hard to tell what would work best for you, sight unseen.

A dentist can: I am not sure what you mean by abnormal shape problems, but a dentist can recontour your teeth, or put crowns or veneers to change their shape.
