Transparent: First see your dentist and find out the cause of the transparency. Is it excessive wear, poor occlusion, grinding? Then you can choose a treatment option. Given your age i would guess it is from malocclusion and grinding. Orthodontics can help the malocculsion and veneers or crowns can solve the smile issues.

Bonding or veneers: Transparency in a tooth, usually at the biting edge, is an indication that the tooth/teeth are thinning at the edge or being worn. Bonding or veneers/crowns can correct this issue but if you are grinding your teeth your dentist may need to fabricate an appliance to reduce future grinding and thinning.
