No : Removing wisdom teeth does not change facial shape. Removing teeth in the middle of the arch may permit facial drape collapse. See your Genera Dentist to discuss what affect specific tooth removal will have on facial shape, and whether replacement is advisable. If multiple teeth are scheduled for extraction consultation with a specialist Prosthodontist is probably advisable.
