Lean meats green veg: Eat as much lean meats and green vegetables as you like. Limit your consumption of white foods like bread, pasta, flour, potatoes. Try sweet potatoes, brown rice, multigrain pasta. About a fist full or 1/2 cup. Drink as much water as you'd like to save your calories for food. Use caution if you have a history of heart failure.
