High protein & fiber: The combination of high protein and high fiber fills you up. Try apple slices with almond butter. Low fat greek yogurt is a great breakfast or snack with lots of protein, but read your labels carefully - some are high in sugar and calories. An egg with whole grain toast is easy. Just stay away from the donuts, scones, and sugary cereals that offer little but carbs and calories.

Cereals rich with complex carbohydrates and fiber for sustained energy, with skim or 1% milk to keep it lighter. Low fat yogurt and fresh fruit. Egg whites and whole grain toast. Try to avoid fatty breakfast meats. Keep your proteins lean.
