Follow-up with doc..: It's most advisable to be followed by the treating doc. If the hard lump doesn't disappear, consider if it's new or old as well as to think if there are similar bumps elsewhere especially in the neck, armpits, and inguinal regions. So, keep up follow-up visit to your treating doc timely ...
