All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. If a doctor does not respond time to get another one. The report should be more specific re, organisms. In the meantime drink plenty of water and some cranberry juicer, empty your bladder when you get the urge, avoid constipation and empty your bladder after sex. Hope you feel better
