Bad Breath: See a dentist for a complete and thorough examination. The most likely cause is dental in origin- cavities? Gum disease? Poor oral hygiene. There are medical causes as well and if necessary your dentist can refer you to a physician for a medcial evaluation- sinusitis, acid reflux, etc. See: http://smilesapartcosmeticdentist.Com/fresh-breath-control.Htm.

See a dentist: Have you not been seen by a dentist for 10 years? Probably periodontal disease, but need to be seen asap for evaluation.

R/o H Pylori: Consider getting tested for h pylori breath test at the doctors office. I had a patient who went to many dentists for this. They told him his dental hygiene was fine. He daily flossed, brushed gargled and used a tongue scrubber. The halitosis was ruining his marriage. I tested him for helicobactor pylori and it was positive. He got treament and the smelly breath has resolved.
