How can you have perfect teeth and gums and breath that smells like poop its been going on for 20 years and dentist don't know why and never tried to treat it

From : From your description you have been treated by a dentist regularly for the past 20 years... You have had cleanings at least every six months, and have had radiographs every few years to check your teeth, bone, and gums. If all of the above has been done, and nothing problematic can be found with your teeth, then the problem could be associated with your diet or gastric reflux. Please make an appintment with a gastroenterologist to determine if this is your problem.

Other causes?: Bad breath has more causes than the mouth. It can be diet- garlic, onions and numerous spices and herbs are capable of making you reek. Clogged sinuses or problems involving the tonsils also can have your friends email you rather than come visit. If it's not your diet, i'd recommend seeing an ear, nose and throat specialist for an exam and consultation.
