I am 45 years old and just has my pap smear as well as an ultrasound last week. pap and ultra were normal but it came back with endometrial cells.

Endometrial cells: I wonder if you mean "endocervical" cells, as those are what we want to see when you have a pap to indicate that there is an adequate sample to rule out issues. Are you sure about them being "endometrial"?
