Had a Tissue exam on 10/3/18 was benign had a Pap for yearly physical came back with negative HPV and said normal pap on 1/8/2019 but had endometrial cells found Im confused also had pelvic ultrasound on 12/19/2019 12 mm endometrium I have fibroids ?

Had a vaginal ultrasound on uterus they found no tumors no masses and no lesions is that good? Found endometrial cells in Pap thats why she did ultrasound. Tried to do a endometrial biopsy but couldnt due to large fibroid in the way
