Evaluation needed: If this is in both eyes, then things like tumors and vascular disorders which usually are unilateral are unlikely. More likely is ptosis (lid droop) from muscular disorders which gives the eyes the appearance of sinking backwards when in fact they are being covered by the lids. See an ophthalmologist for evaluation and possible treatment.
