Cymbalta (duloxetine) dose?: You don't mention your Cymbalta (duloxetine) dose and how you were told to taper it. As Cymbalta (duloxetine) can help with neuropathy i wonder if lowering that is causing the tingling in your feet. Cymbalta (duloxetine) can help with things like pain and neuropathy that zoloft may not. You may be lowering the Cymbalta (duloxetine) too fast or not increasing the zoloft fast enough. Talk to your md about this asap.

Zoloft (sertraline): Anti-depressants especially when one starts taking them may have some "weird" effects that usually get better or go away completely with longer use. I'd say this - if those are not getting worse and tolerable and clearly related to the start of zoloft, (sertraline) wait, watch and see how they do in a few days. If worse, stop and call doc. If better, keep on taking it.

It would be best if your medication is managed by a Psychiatrist. If you are not confident with your doctor please see another for a second opinion. If you are not feeling well you may need a physical exam to find out if you are ill.
