Don't know why: you would want to do that. Cymbalta (duloxetine) can help with both anxiety & depression. Zoloft can also treat both anxiety & depression. Combining them could increase risk for serotoninergic syndrome. See you are also on ativan and risperidal. Please take only as directed by your physician/ psychiatrist.

It would be best if your medication is managed by a Psychiatrist. If you are not confident with your doctor please see another for a second opinion. If you are not feeling well you may need a physical exam to find out if you are ill.
