A member asked:

Antinuclear body titer value: anti nuclear anti body pattern: speckled / titer: 80 (0 to 200) what means 80 (0 to 200) is a positive test?

Depends...: ANA titers of 1:80 are indeterminant. 1:40 is considered negative, 1:160 is positive. It depends on what symptoms you are having and why the test was ordered in the first place. http://www.medicinenet.com/antinuclear_antibody/page3.htm https://en.Wikipedia.Org/wiki/anti-nuclear_antibody.

Indeterminate: It is a low titer and can occur in individuals that do not have the classical auto-immune diseases. Since you have a symptom you might want to investigate if additional vit d3, an anti-inflammatory diet and a very healthy life style relieves your symptoms and promotes optimal health.
