Rh isoimmunization: This is a condition that affects a developing fetus. It usually happens when the mother is rh (-), the father is rh (+), and the fetus is rh (+). Fetal blood cells contain a surface antigen (a protein - called rh factor) that looks foreign to the mother. The mother makes antibodies to that protein which then pass through the placenta and attack the baby's blood cells, causing a dangerous anemia.

Rh negative: If a man is rh negative it means that he'll never be able to expose your body to something that you could be potentially allergic to and create antibodies to detonating the future effect of pregnancy that expresses that particular thing which in this case is known as rh factor.
