PCR does, I am not sure about the Rapid antigen. The latter is in general less reliable.

FDA on Tuesday with the findings of its preliminary review, said that, from a testing perspective, the current PCR & RA Test can cope with omicron. They also stated that completing testing and evaluation should be "completed in the coming weeks."
