I'm: No gyn, but as far as utensils sterilized, expanding the area may give you such symptoms, if persist, or fever, talk to doctor.

Yes it is possible: Yes it is possible to have cramps and pain 10 hrs after, but if it persists for more than 1to2 days check with your gunecologist.
