Probably unrelated: Your symptoms are probably not related to the PAP or the inflammation of cervix. However, it needs to be determined why the cervix is inflamed as the same process may be active in the pelvis and that could result in cramps. If you symptoms have not gone away, it would be prudent to consult your doctor who examined you.
