Are you : Thinking or worrying about things? Is this something brand new? If you have no idea why and it is not related to a stress that you can think of, try melatonin about 10 mg at might. If you know it is school, job, family or other stress counseling would definitely help to. If it does not go away you should see your doc to be sure everything is ok.
