How long does carafate sucralfate stay in your system for and can i still take it in the morning and before bed for it to work or do i need to keep taking it four times a day or can i still yake it three times a day for any intestinal healing?

You have to take It 4 times a day for efficacy in treating peptic ulcers and reflux. If it's used to prevent a recurrence of a peptic ulcer, it can be taken twice a day. I don't recommend it permanently though because it contains aluminum which can be problematic with kidney dysfunction.
