Some : Some patients do feel overheated at night. Try to be sure your room temperature is down to 65 degrees and that it is well-ventilated. Using a non-down cover can help, as can cotton sheets. Try not to exercise within 30 minutes of bed time. Taking a hot bath about 2 hours before bed, so that your body can heat up then cool down can help. Eat a small high protein dinner about 4 hours before bedtime and don't eat or drink alcohol after that time. If this is a big change for a patient, or they have diffuse night-sweats or fevers, then they should consult their physician.
