See full answer: Do you sleep well at night? Advise complete physical exam with standard labs to include CBC (r/o anemia), TSH (thyroid problems) vit d3 levels (most males need 3000-4000 iu of d3 supplements) very few patients get enough sunshine to produce optimal levels of d3 (50-80 ng/ml) any psychological issues?

Fatigue: Fatigue can be a sign of disease process, poor sleep from apnea, low vitamin levels, low hormones, inflammation, allergies, and or depression. If the normal test are fine, seeing an alternative med doc that works on hormones, vitamins, adrenal fatigue may help provide better answers.
