Go back to dentist: Or go and see the closest doctor. This is periapical infection spreading to the sinuses or other tissues adjacent to it. This should not be ignored. Go now.

Infection: The infection from your tooth has most likely spread to your sinus an must be treated with antibiotics immediately. Ice compression on the affected side, 20 minutes on and 20 min off for the first 24 hours.
