Constant lightheadedness, tingling in scalp, neck pain for 5 weeks. does not go away. normal labs. normal ekg. waiting on cardiologist referral. doctor will not order imaging of head. could this be caused by an infected tooth? other suggestions?

Those symptoms are not what we recognize or associate with dental infections. Stay on it with the docotor until you discover what's really going on.

The symptoms may be indicative of one or more problems, and particularly with paresthesia (tingling) involving the scalp, a neurology eval would be a good way to go. Neurology will likely order MRI, possibly of both Brain and Cervical spine, but after a thorough history is taken. Two possibilities include Occipital Neuralgia and Migraine, and again the history is so important! Good luck
